About the Role
You will improve legal protections and external disclosure channels for AI whistleblowers at the federal and state level. You will draft policy, advise public bodies, build coalitions and relationships, track legislation, publish thought leadership, and manage fellows.
Requirements
- Policy or advocacy experience in AI or whistleblowing

Responsibilities
- Inform federal and state whistleblower legislation and related AI bills
- Draft model policy and provide technical drafting support
- Brief policymakers and educate the public on whistleblowing policy
- Build coalitions to strengthen whistleblower law
- Support congressional, federal, and state bodies in improving disclosure channels
- Build relationships with disclosure-channel operators
- Track AI and whistleblower legislation across state legislatures
- Publish policy publications and op-eds
- Manage fellows conducting exploratory research
