About the Role
You will set global public-policy strategy and translate regulatory developments into recommendations for leadership. You will build and lead the policy function, engage legislators and regulators, manage external policy relationships, develop coalitions, and establish internal processes for policy decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Set and drive global public-policy strategy
- Build and lead the public-policy team
- Represent the organization with legislators, regulators, and agency staff

- Build coalition relationships with peer labs, industry groups, and trade associations
