About the Role
You will lead enterprise customer deployments from kickoff through renewal. You will provide technical deployment guidance, including SSO and connector setup, develop joint success plans and executive business reviews, monitor adoption and satisfaction, manage risks and escalations, and improve onboarding processes and playbooks.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in technical deployment, implementation management, technical customer success, or technical account management for enterprise SaaS customers
- Understanding of software development life cycles, Agile, and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Project management and communication skills
- Experience serving enterprise clients in consultative and hands-on roles
- Experience with process documentation, playbooks, and continuous improvement
- Experience owning escalations
Responsibilities
- Help customers achieve business outcomes through AI
- Lead new customer deployments and guide SSO and connector setup
- Own delivery from kickoff through go-live and renewal
- Create and execute joint success plans and executive business reviews
- Manage programs and tailored project plans
- Provide technical guidance and strategic partnership
- Monitor deployment progress, adoption, and satisfaction metrics
- Identify and resolve risks or blockers
- Improve onboarding processes, playbooks, and best practices
- Provide feedback for process and product improvements
