You will partner with enterprise customers to identify AI use cases, validate feasibility, and implement tailored solutions. You will architect applications, templates, and integrations; explain technical concepts clearly; share customer feedback; improve integration workflows and documentation; and drive adoption and expansion.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in technical SaaS roles
• At least 3 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management
• Python
• API
• Prompt design
• Linguistic principles for AI applications
• Experience delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises
• B2B SaaS experience
• Communication skills
• Executive communication

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify AI use cases and implement tailored solutions
• Architect custom applications, templates, and integrations using the platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities
• Translate technical concepts into solution recommendations
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams
• Develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows for technical integrations
• Drive adoption and expansion of AI solutions within customer accounts
