About the Role
You will lead client onboarding and manage end-to-end integrations for fraud and compliance products. You will translate technical and functional requirements into practical solutions, maintain integration documentation, manage implementation projects, and provide product feedback based on client needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years in technical roles with integration and automation expertise
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
- Experience with OpenAPI, web development, and scripting
Responsibilities
- Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
- Provide end-to-end client support during onboarding
- Own API, SDK, integration, and support documentation
- Analyze technical and functional requirements and design solutions
- Manage project quality, timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Understand customer business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders
