About the Role

You will lead client onboarding for fraud and compliance products, managing end-to-end integrations and translating technical requirements into practical solutions. You will support clients throughout deployment, maintain integration documentation, manage implementation projects, and share product feedback with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical roles with integration and automation expertise
  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance
  • Written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
  • Experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI
  • Web development and scripting experience using Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman

Responsibilities

  • Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
  • Support clients throughout their end-to-end onboarding process
  • Own API, SDK, integration-guide, and support documentation
  • Analyze client technical and functional requirements and design solutions
  • Manage implementation project quality, timelines, risks, and deliverables
  • Understand customer business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria
  • Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders
