About the Role

You will lead the end-to-end technical execution of strategic government customer engagements. You will design, deploy, and operate agentic AI systems in classified, air-gapped, and edge environments; define architectures and proofs of concept; benchmark models; and deliver production systems. You will translate mission requirements into compliant solutions, manage delivery plans and stakeholders, and turn field learnings into reusable platform capabilities, prototypes, and deployment playbooks.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering software into classified or air-gapped government environments
  • Knowledge of security controls, accreditation processes, and offline deployment constraints
  • Strong Python and experience shipping production-grade systems
  • Experience leading complex technical projects and end-to-end delivery
  • Experience deploying multi-node GPU clusters with Kubernetes or Slurm
  • Experience serving large models in production with vLLM or SGLang
  • Experience benchmarking quantization, caching, batching, and speculative decoding
  • Experience shipping LLM-based agents to production and designing agent harnesses and evaluations
  • 5+ years of relevant experience delivering technical systems
  • 2+ years in a technical leadership role
  • Ability and interest in customer-facing technical work
  • Active U.S. government clearance, with TS/SCI preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and operate agentic systems in air-gapped and classified networks
  • Work on-site with government customers, including in SCIFs
  • Translate mission requirements into secure AI solutions that meet accreditation and compliance standards
  • Lead technical discovery and solution architecture across inference, agentic applications, and post-training
  • Own proofs of concept, including evaluation criteria, benchmarking, and demonstrations
  • Architect and build agentic applications, model-serving infrastructure, evaluations, and post-training recipes
  • Define project plans, manage workstreams, and align customer stakeholders
  • Identify field patterns and model gaps, build prototypes, and generalize them into platform and research priorities
  • Define deployment playbooks, reference architectures, reusable assets, and best practices
