About the Role

You will build and deliver scalable onboarding, enablement, and activation programs for corporate and mid-market customers. You will develop deep product expertise, audit customer configurations, analyze adoption metrics, and create data-driven playbooks. You will also run workshops and webinars, coordinate targeted campaigns, and align adoption efforts across implementation partners and internal functions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in adoption, customer or partner enablement, digital customer success programs, enterprise growth, or a similar role
• Experience at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large low-touch book
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
• Experience building adoption programs from the ground up
• Experience building automations and workflows with AI tools
• Analytical ability to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and untracked data points
• Experience driving cross-functional outcomes with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM
• Experience managing a high-volume mid-market or commercial book of business
• Fluency in English

• Support high-impact local and global GTM initiatives
