About the Role
You will own the post-sale journey for enterprise customers and lead AI product rollouts. You will guide onboarding, enablement, adoption, and repeatable workflows; monitor account health and usage; support renewals and expansion; and turn customer feedback into product priorities.
Requirements
- Customer-facing business and technology experience
- Ability to translate customer needs into technical plans and measurable outcomes
- Knowledge of the SDLC, engineering and knowledge-work workflows, and tool adoption
- Ability to communicate with developers and senior executives
