About the Role
You will create customer enablement strategies, turn customer outcomes into learning plans and capability roadmaps, and coordinate program delivery. You will manage training and adoption performance, engage executives and technical stakeholders, identify capability gaps, and recommend interventions that improve platform adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer enablement, talent transformation, training, customer success, consulting, or book-of-business management.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying prototypes, automation tools, or technical applications.
- Experience leading enablement programs with sales and technical teams.
- Experience in big data, AI, data science, cloud platforms, or enterprise technology.
- Ability to understand technical curricula and certification requirements.
- Discovery, stakeholder management, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Commercial insight connecting technical outcomes to P&L levers.
- Experience operating across ANZ markets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Create enablement strategies aligned to customer segments, priorities, technical maturity, and talent-transformation goals.
- Translate customer outcomes into learning plans, capability roadmaps, and training recommendations.
- Coordinate scheduling, communications, program quality, and execution of customer development plans.
- Manage and report training bookings, revenue, learners, credentials, and adoption performance.
- Represent customer needs for regional enablement, curriculum, and certification priorities.
- Identify capability gaps affecting platform adoption and develop targeted interventions.
