About the Role
You will help customers turn goals into durable Notion workflows. You will own adoption, value realization, and renewal outcomes for named accounts; build and deploy solutions with customers; partner on account strategy; and manage customer success plans, risks, and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Have experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in B2B software
- Conduct customer discovery, map workflows, and translate goals into implementation plans
- Build, configure, and troubleshoot software with customers
- Partner on renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy
- Manage programs, stakeholders, timelines, risks, and customer commitments
- Use AI tools and learn new ways of working
- Have additional language skills
Responsibilities
- Drive workflow adoption and value realization for named accounts
- Own renewal opportunities for flat and at-risk customers
- Design and deploy workflows that solve customer business problems
- Partner on account strategy, customer planning, and expansion qualification
- Build and manage customer success plans
- Learn the product and AI ecosystem to support customers
- Improve customer programs that retain and grow accounts while mitigating churn risk
