About the Role
You will design customer onboarding and adoption journeys, lead technical workshops and office hours, and help technical and nontechnical users adopt Perplexity Computer. You will diagnose adoption barriers, create scalable learning resources, use usage data to improve engagement, and route complex needs to the appropriate specialists.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical onboarding, customer enablement, implementation, solutions consulting, customer education, or technical customer success
- Experience designing and delivering onboarding, training, or adoption programs
- Facilitation and communication skills for technical and nontechnical audiences
- Technical fluency with permissions, connectors, models, credits, workflows, and integrations
- Ability to diagnose customer blockers
- Experience using product and usage data to identify adoption gaps and measure impact
- Ability to work cross-functionally with customer success, sales, product, marketing, support, and technical teams
Responsibilities
- Design onboarding and adoption programs for customer cohorts
- Lead technical kickoffs, workshops, office hours, remote sessions, onsite programs, webinars, and train-the-trainer experiences
- Teach Computer and agentic-workflow concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences
- Guide customers through access, permissions, connectors, credits, models, and workflows
- Diagnose customer adoption barriers
- Route complex customer needs to appropriate internal specialists
- Create scalable curricula, checklists, implementation guidance, communications, videos, and examples
- Use customer usage data to improve adoption and measure program effectiveness
- Share customer patterns and feedback with internal stakeholders
