About the Role
Develop and expand direct relationships with major clients by identifying new opportunities and providing ongoing support. Uncover latent client needs, form teams of two to four people, create promotional proposals combining brand values with consumer interests, present proposals, secure orders, oversee implementation, analyze results, and develop follow-up proposals across manga, anime, influencers, and creators.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Approach customers and conduct business meetings
- Uncover latent client needs through proactive proposals and dialogue
- Form teams of two to four people according to client needs
- Develop project structures and promotional concepts from scratch
- Present proposals and production strategies
- Secure client orders
- Follow up through implementation
- Analyze campaign results after implementation
- Develop subsequent proposals
