About the Role
You will manage and expand direct customer relationships across APAC while collaborating with reseller and VAR partners. You will drive renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, strengthen platform adoption, and improve customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Support, SEs, TAMs, and leadership, maintain CRM records, and keep customer opportunities progressing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, direct customer sales, or a similar post-sales or commercial role.
- Experience managing direct customer relationships and partner-influenced, reseller, or VAR-supported motions.
- Experience in SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate across internal and external teams.
- Ability to maintain momentum on renewal and expansion conversations.
- Commercial judgment that balances customer outcomes with business growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and deliver solutions that increase satisfaction, adoption, and value.
- Own and grow relationships with contacts in assigned customer organizations.
- Drive renewals and expansion opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell motions.
- Partner with reseller, VAR, and third-party stakeholders in customer relationships.
- Contribute to retention, expansion, and customer-satisfaction goals.
- Develop customer engagement approaches that improve adoption and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, SEs, TAMs, and leadership to remove blockers and improve customer experience.
- Maintain CRM records, document customer activity, and progress next steps and opportunities.
