About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of strategic merchants, build trusted relationships, identify growth opportunities, lead commercial discussions, and coordinate short- and long-term account projects. You will share customer feedback internally and work with support teams to improve merchant outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in a client-facing or commercial role
- Experience selling complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services payments
- Full professional written and verbal proficiency in French and English
- Time management
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with strategic merchants
- Build trusted partnerships and minimize churn
- Identify commercial opportunities and lead commercial discussions
- Prioritize and manage projects across multiple accounts
