About the Role

Manage key account relationships across multiple industries and channels for cross-border merchants in the APAC region. Own merchant success and satisfaction, drive growth through share-of-wallet expansion, cross-selling and upselling, build stakeholder relationships, provide payments guidance, coordinate internal projects, and collaborate with the global team.

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of experience managing enterprise-level clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Track record of winning share-of-wallet, cross-selling and upselling deals for digital and retail clients
  • Understanding of payments is a big plus
  • Excellent project management skills with cross-functional teams
  • High-energy, hands-on self-starter with commercial edge and entrepreneurial drive
  • Passion for creating value in the payments space
  • Ability to work in uncertain situations and deal with ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work seamlessly with a global, multicultural team
  • Travel required at approximately 10%

Responsibilities

  • Manage key account relationships across multiple industries and channels for cross-border merchants
  • Drive growth through increasing share of wallet, cross-selling and upselling
  • Build and sustain relationships with key merchant stakeholders
  • Assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Deliver payments expertise, education and guidance to merchants on their payments strategy
  • Coordinate internal projects regarding merchants
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the global team
