About the Role

You will guide small-business customers through their finance applications, understand their business and funding needs, and match them with appropriate lenders and products. You will manage commercial lending-partner relationships, maintain accurate Salesforce records, monitor customer and market trends, and share successes across relevant communication channels.

Requirements

  • Experience working for a commercial finance brokerage or in a customer-facing commercial-finance sales role

Responsibilities

  • Contact, engage, and manage small-business customers through the application process
  • Build and nurture relationships with commercial lending partners
  • Articulate the Funding Options proposition and service
  • Develop knowledge of business finance, lenders, and market products
  • Explain finance options across multiple business-finance product classes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in Salesforce
  • Monitor trends and add new or enhanced customer-profile information to Salesforce
  • Keep up to date with industry, market, and competitor trends
  • Share stories and successes through relevant communication channels
