About the Role
You will join an 18-month Graduate Talent Trainee program where you'll build hands-on experience in sales, business development, or marketing and branding while learning Bitdeer's core values and business practices. You'll develop a global mindset by collaborating with colleagues across regions, build both business and technical skill sets, and have the opportunity to rotate within related business functions or across departments depending on availability and business needs. You'll deepen your knowledge of the blockchain and high-performance computing industry under the mentorship of functional team leaders, eventually becoming a key contributor to meaningful business projects. You'll also interact with senior management teams and the alumni GTT network as you grow into a skilled professional who drives innovation and organizational excellence.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates (Bachelors, Masters, PhD) from all disciplines and/or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience
- Technical expertise and experience in relevant area of interest
- Strong passion for new technologies: Blockchain, Cloud Computing, AI, and Data Centers
- Impressive personal achievements e.g. academics, extracurricular/internship, outstanding skills, or insights in areas of your passion
- Highly motivated with strong ownership and accountability
