About the Role
Manage relationships with private wealth and premier clients, respond to inquiries, organize client events, execute service initiatives to enhance satisfaction, and maintain relationships with corporate partners.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales or customer relationship experience in financial institutions, trading, real estate, SaaS, or similar specialized industries
- General knowledge of the financial industry
- Experience proposing customized solutions with internal and external experts
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Fluent Japanese
- Business-level English
- Private banking experience is preferred
- Practical cryptocurrency industry experience is preferred
- Proactive, collaborative, persistent, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
