About the Role
You will direct architecture and code quality for React.js frontends, Spring Boot microservices, and Java trading systems. You will lead distributed agile teams, integrate Generative AI into development and trading features, enforce automated testing, and oversee equities, brokerage, and digital-asset implementations.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years leading distributed agile teams
- FinTech, crypto, high-frequency trading, or digital brokerage experience
- Java and Spring Boot expertise
- React.js architecture, state management, and real-time data streaming experience
- WebSocket experience
- Unit and end-to-end testing experience
- Generative AI development experience
