About the Role
You will manage and mentor software engineers developing reliable, performant, user-friendly simulation products. You will provide technical guidance, prioritize complex work, partner with a product manager, recruit engineers, and ensure the team delivers quality software for technical end users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, robotics, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Programming experience in C++, Python, or Java
- Ability to gain a US Government security clearance
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor software engineers
- Provide technical guidance and prioritize complex software work
- Partner with a product manager to build products in the Axion and VehicleSim lines
- Interview and recruit engineers
