About the Role
You will lead the software roadmap and technical delivery for robotic grasping technology. You will define architecture and engineering standards, manage and mentor employees, integrate software with hardware and perception systems, develop production software, and improve robotic performance through testing, deployment, and data analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, robotics, automation, or a related technical field.
- Software development experience in Python or C++.
- Leadership experience overseeing teams and supporting employee performance and development.
- Experience with ROS or ROS2 and robotic software systems.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Experience with robotic manipulation, grasping technology, industrial automation, or production robotic deployments.
- Experience with experimentation frameworks, operational metrics, and performance evaluation systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, databases, data pipelines, and analytics infrastructure.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the software roadmap for NeuraGrasp technology.
- Translate product objectives into technical plans, milestones, and execution strategies.
- Identify integration risks and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
- Establish software architecture, engineering standards, and best practices.
- Lead, coach, and develop employees.
- Lead deployment, testing, validation, performance monitoring, and field activities.
- Lead the integration of NeuraGrasp technology into robotic products and testing environments.
- Define and track system performance, reliability, and failure-mode metrics.
- Develop robotic applications, software tools, platforms, automation frameworks, and testing systems.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain production software using Python or C++.
- Diagnose and resolve robotic hardware integration challenges.
