About the Role
You will lead and develop software engineers through coaching, feedback, performance management, and career development. You will clarify priorities and contribute hands-on to framework work through design, implementation, review, debugging, testing, and performance analysis.
Requirements
- Experience managing and developing software engineers
- Professional experience with C++ and Python
- Written and verbal communication in English and Polish
- Ability to build alignment across teams, locations, and disciplines
- Experience with PyTorch, Triton, compiler development, MLIR, LLVM, machine learning kernels, or accelerator architectures
