About the Role
You will define and execute research strategy across post-training, model evaluation, search and retrieval, and continuous learning. You will manage research partnerships, produce technical content, and hire and lead AI engineers and researchers.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading applied research, AI engineering, or ML engineering teams
- Deep expertise in modern AI technology and classical ML systems
- Knowledge of LLMs, transformer models, agentic workflows, context management, and agentic evaluation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to attract and retain AI talent
