About the Role

You will hire, develop, and manage Enterprise Application Engineers and AI Enablement Engineers. You will design systems, review code, build integrations, own internal applications and automations, introduce AI tooling, set engineering standards, and work with business stakeholders to prioritize solutions.

Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of engineering-management experience
  • Have 7+ years of enterprise application, integration, or internal-platform engineering experience
  • Know a modern programming language such as Python, TypeScript, or Go
  • Design and operate API-based integrations between business systems
  • Know CRM, HRIS, ERP, identity, marketing-automation, and support platforms
  • Have production experience with LLMs or AI agents
  • Know AI evaluation and guardrails
  • Have experience hiring and developing engineers
  • Have stakeholder-management skills with non-technical teams

Responsibilities

  • Hire, onboard, develop, and manage Enterprise Application Engineers and AI Enablement Engineers
  • Design systems, review code, write integrations, and unblock production issues
  • Own internal applications, services, and automations across core business platforms
  • Lead AI-agent, MCP-server, and internal-AI-tooling enablement
  • Partner with business and systems owners to scope and sequence engineering work
  • Define engineering standards for testing, deployment, documentation, and monitoring
  • Provide senior BizTech presence in Dublin and maintain overlap with US stakeholders
  • Assess configuration, vendor, integration, and custom-code options
