About the Role

You will shape long-term strategy, lead planning processes, and develop recommendations supported by financial modeling, market analysis, and competitive intelligence. You will partner with executive leaders, prepare Board materials, lead cross-functional initiatives, evaluate investments and partnerships, oversee market intelligence, and build strategy governance and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or executive strategy roles
  • Experience leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Financial modeling, business case development, and investment analysis skills
  • Experience presenting recommendations to executive leadership and Boards of Directors
  • Analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, or corporate development
  • Experience building strategy functions or leading enterprise transformation initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual and long-range strategic planning
  • Evaluate growth opportunities across infrastructure, data centers, adjacent services, and emerging technologies
  • Develop strategic recommendations using financial modeling, market analysis, and competitive intelligence
  • Develop business cases for investment decisions and capital allocation
  • Partner with executive leadership on enterprise priorities and strategic decisions
  • Prepare Board of Directors presentations and strategic updates
  • Track and close Board action items
  • Set and track corporate and executive KPIs
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • Develop execution plans, governance structures, and success metrics
  • Identify execution risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Track strategic objectives and communicate results to executive leadership
  • Shape M&A and joint-venture target criteria with Corporate Development
  • Evaluate acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and new business opportunities
  • Perform commercial and strategic due diligence
  • Develop investment analyses and support integration planning
  • Lead customer, industry, and competitor research
  • Monitor market, customer, technology, and industry trends
  • Drive strategic transformation initiatives
  • Develop performance dashboards and executive reporting
  • Lead a senior-analyst team
