About the Role

You will lead and grow the global AI Deployment team while remaining hands-on with complex enterprise deployments. You will establish scalable delivery methods, readiness standards, performance measures, and reusable playbooks. You will guide AI transformation programs, align customer stakeholders, drive adoption, and build a high-quality partner delivery network through training, certification, and co-delivery.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience leading and developing customer-facing deployment or delivery teams.
  • Experience leading complex enterprise deployments or transformation programs with measurable customer outcomes.
  • Experience building or significantly improving a deployment methodology, professional services model, or delivery function.
  • Experience leading organizational change alongside technology rollouts and building champion networks or adoption plans.
  • Knowledge of systems integrators, consultancies, and implementation partners.
  • Experience building enablement or certification programs.
  • Experience recovering at-risk engagements involving scope, staffing, technical complexity, or stakeholder alignment.
  • Ability to communicate credibly with customer executives, partner leaders, and technical practitioners.
  • Willingness to travel to customers and partners when needed.
  • Knowledge of prompting, context, tool use, retrieval, evaluations, reliability, and AI cost.
  • Ability to assess integrations, data connectors, authentication, permissions, security, and production readiness.
  • Ability to design evaluations connecting AI performance to customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the global AI Deployment team.
  • Set the team’s direction, priorities, standards, operating rhythms, capacity planning, and reporting.
  • Hire, develop, and coach deployment leaders and practitioners.
  • Build a scalable deployment method from discovery through handoff.
  • Define delivery ownership and handoffs between Dust and partners.
  • Establish readiness criteria, delivery health measures, and regular delivery reviews.
  • Turn deployment lessons into reusable playbooks, templates, reference architectures, and product input.
  • Personally lead complex, high-priority customer deployments from scoping through adoption.
  • Align customer executives, IT, security, and business teams on goals, use cases, and success measures.
  • Design change programs, enablement, adoption milestones, and champion networks.
  • Track adoption and hand off customers to Customer Success with clear next steps.
  • Assess partner delivery capability and build partner capacity.
  • Create partner onboarding, training, certification, and train-the-trainer programs.
  • Co-deliver early partner engagements and enable partners to deliver independently.
  • Advise customers on AI-agent value, technical trade-offs, and evaluation approaches.
