About the Role
You will lead video projects from concept and storyboarding through filming, editing, and final delivery. You will create motion graphics and occasional photography, research AI-assisted production methods, manage lighting, audio, and cameras during Prague shoots, coordinate multiple projects, and refine content using feedback and performance data.
Requirements
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating composition, pacing, and high production value
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in DaVinci and After Effects
- Use or show strong interest in AI-assisted production workflows
- Live in Prague or be willing to relocate for work from the local studio
- Give and receive constructive feedback
- Stay organized and deadline-oriented while managing multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Lead video projects from concept and storyboarding through filming, editing, and delivery
- Create high-quality content that simplifies complex crypto concepts
- Produce motion graphics and animations
- Handle occasional corporate headshots, team photography, and brand-event documentation
- Research and implement AI tools to streamline production and improve visual quality
- Collaborate with product leads, designers, and educators
- Lead lighting, audio, and camera setups during studio and on-location shoots in Prague
- Refine content using feedback, data, and team insights
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines
