About the Role

You will own the European content roadmap, deciding whether content should be translated, adapted, or created locally. You will manage localisation partners, ensure quality and compliance, project-manage website migration content, monitor search performance, and create scalable localisation documentation and processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in French or German
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience in content, localisation, editorial, or digital marketing
• Project management experience delivering cross-functional projects
• Ability to use performance data for prioritisation and decisions
• Stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of AI-assisted translation, content, and reporting workflows

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the European content roadmap
• Decide whether content should be translated, adapted, or created locally
• Identify English-language content relevant to European audiences
• Manage translation partners and AI-assisted translation workflows
• Ensure French or German content meets tone, terminology, and regulatory standards
• Build an efficient compliance review process
• Project-manage the content workstream for the European website migration
• Conduct content inventories, audits, mapping, QA, and launch checks
• Monitor search rankings, organic traffic, and conversions
• Create localisation documentation, templates, and playbooks
