About the Role
You will run capital formation from investor segmentation through outreach, diligence, and close. You will manage DDQs, data rooms, roadshows, investor onboarding, communications, CRM governance, reporting, access controls, compliance records, and the Capital Markets Intelligence and CRM Analyst.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in investor relations, capital formation, private placement, or fund marketing operations
- Experience running DDQs, data rooms, and subscription processes
- Working knowledge of fund marketing compliance and private placement rules
- Experience as a CRM administrator and data owner
- Exceptional business writing skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Run the capital formation funnel from segmentation through close
- Manage DDQs, data rooms, and subscription documents
- Plan and coordinate roadshows and the investor calendar
- Support investor onboarding, KYC, and AML processes
- Produce investor materials and quarterly updates
- Prepare senior meeting briefings and track commitments
- Administer Salesforce and own relationship-platform data
- Produce funnel, coverage, and data-hygiene reporting
- Maintain the KPI dashboard
- Manage relationship-platform access controls and permissions
- Manage and develop the Capital Markets Intelligence and CRM Analyst
- Maintain audit-ready investor activity records and approval workflows
