About the Role
Lead client strategy discussions, develop investment theses and presentations, manage deal processes from origination through closing, provide valuation expertise, oversee multiple workstreams, guide junior bankers, manage deadlines, support transaction execution, and contribute to business development.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-time investment banking experience in M&A sell-side advisory
- FINRA Series 63 and 79 registration
- Undergraduate degree with a 3.5 GPA or greater

- Lead project models and strategy discussions with clients
- Build and illustrate client stories and investment theses
- Present analysis and insights to clients
- Manage deal processes from origination to close
- Analyze legal frameworks, shareholder rights, and term sheet items
- Analyze trading and transaction comparables
- Apply DCF, LBO, and related valuation techniques
- Construct valuation theses
- Manage multiple workstreams and deals
- Plan and execute project strategies
- Guide and delegate work to junior bankers
