About the Role

You will lead end-to-end investor and fund reporting, ensuring reports are accurate, consistent, reviewed, and delivered on time. You will validate fund administrator outputs, resolve reporting queries, manage stakeholders, support cross-functional projects, improve reporting infrastructure and automation, and guide analysts involved in report production.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of investment or fund reporting experience
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Cross-functional project experience
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Process-improvement experience, including automation and AI tooling

Responsibilities

  • Manage investor and fund reporting across fund vehicles
  • Build and enforce reporting quality-control and review processes
  • Review and validate fund administrator outputs
  • Resolve reporting queries and discrepancies
  • Align reporting with private-market practices and valuation policies
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent reporting in cross-functional projects
  • Improve reporting processes, infrastructure, and automation
  • Guide and review analysts' report-production work
