About the Role
You will execute loan-pricing changes across channels and partners, monitor pricing accuracy, and investigate discrepancies. You will analyze product performance, funnel conversion, and competitor pricing; build dashboards and reporting; support financial and market analyses; and document pricing decisions and processes.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, capital markets, loan pricing, credit risk, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau.
- Experience with D2C pricing and A/B testing.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy and communicate insights to diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Math, or Engineering.
- Adhere to company security policies and data handling procedures.
- Complete mandatory security awareness training.
- Promptly report suspected security incidents or suspicious activity.
Responsibilities
- Execute loan-pricing changes and updates across channels and partners.
- Work across pricing grids, systems, and internal tools.
- Monitor pricing accuracy, develop controls, and flag discrepancies or errors.
- Analyze product performance, funnel conversion, and competitor pricing to support pricing optimization.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for pricing and revenue metrics.
- Support ad hoc financial and market analysis requests.
- Document pricing processes and maintain records of pricing decisions and rationale.
