About the Role
You will advise companies, boards, financial sponsors, creditors, and governments on complex capital-structure matters. You will perform financial analysis and modeling, manage a team, prepare client presentations, and interact with senior bankers and clients. You will support liability-management transactions, recapitalizations, financings, distressed M&A, and restructurings.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in an MBA or equivalent graduate program with a graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028
