About the Role

You will lead portfolio performance reviews and analyze EBITDA, cash flow, liquidity, leverage, and operational KPIs. You will build and review financial models, assess debt and capital structures, monitor covenant compliance, and improve reporting and data infrastructure. You will partner with portfolio-company finance leaders, prepare executive analyses, support value creation, and lead strategic projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
  • 7–10+ years of relevant finance, investment banking, advisory, consulting, or analytical experience
  • Financial analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced financial modeling expertise
  • Knowledge of debt and capital markets, leverage, covenants, liquidity, refinancing, and interest rates
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with financial reporting, visualization, or analytics platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across stakeholder groups

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly and quarterly portfolio-company financial and operating reviews
  • Analyze EBITDA, cash flow, working capital, liquidity, leverage, and performance indicators
  • Identify portfolio risks, opportunities, and trends and develop recommendations
  • Build, review, and enhance financial models and scenario analyses
  • Lead capital structure, debt facility, covenant, refinancing, and liquidity analysis
  • Monitor leverage, debt service capacity, and financing requirements
  • Enhance portfolio reporting, analytics, systems, and data infrastructure
  • Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance-monitoring tools
  • Partner with portfolio companies, internal stakeholders, and technology teams
  • Assess business plans and support value creation initiatives
  • Prepare executive-level analyses and presentations
  • Support integrations, carve-outs, operational improvements, financing transactions, audits, and ad hoc projects
