About the Role
You will build and maintain budgets, forecasts, planning models, management reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks. You will consolidate regional plans, analyse performance, support leadership reporting, improve finance data quality, and deliver automation and AI solutions that make finance processes more efficient.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent international qualification
- 2-3 years of post-qualified experience
- FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analysis experience
- Experience building budgets and forecasts
- Financial modelling
- Experience supporting a global or multi-region organisation
- Commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel
- Experience with FP&A, ERP, BI, or data visualisation tools
- Automation and AI capability
Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting across regions, functions, and business lines
- Build and maintain bottom-up budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning models
- Consolidate plans into a Group view and identify risks and opportunities
- Own headcount, compensation, and operating-expense planning
- Produce management reporting, dashboards, and KPI reporting
- Analyse financial performance and explain variances
- Support leadership, Board, and investor reporting
- Improve FP&A processes, systems, planning tools, and reporting cadence
- Deliver automation, AI use cases, and finance data capabilities
- Partner with Accounting, People, regional, and functional stakeholders
