About the Role

You will support quarterly equity valuations for a global infrastructure portfolio. You will prepare valuation analyses, review assumptions and financial models, produce committee and management materials, and gather valuation inputs from internal and portfolio-company stakeholders. You will maintain valuation databases and KPI reporting, use reporting platforms to improve workflows, and contribute to process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, or Accounting
• 3–5 years of experience
• Database usage, management, and administration experience
• Experience building and reviewing valuation models using income and market approaches
• MS Excel expertise
• PowerPoint proficiency
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly equity valuations for the infrastructure portfolio
• Prepare DCF, market multiple, and precedent transaction valuation analyses
• Develop materials for Valuation Committee meetings and senior management reporting
• Review valuation assumptions, market inputs, operating metrics, and discount rates
• Review and validate financial models
• Gather and assess valuation inputs with investment, finance, and portfolio-company stakeholders
• Maintain and enhance valuation databases and KPI reporting infrastructure
• Use Chronograph, Anaplan, Workiva, and Power BI to improve valuation workflows
• Contribute to valuation process improvements
• Support strategic and ad hoc projects
