About the Role
You will provide administrative and secretarial support for treasury activities. You will help implement bank structures and controls, manage bank accounts and relationships, support cash and liquidity forecasting, execute foreign-exchange activities, and improve fiat and digital-asset processes. You will work with product and finance stakeholders to streamline funding and manage risk controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of treasury experience is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome
- Experience with VLOOKUP, Tableau, and SQL or equivalent
- Strong Excel skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Digital-asset familiarity is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Treasury team
- Coordinate implementation of bank structures, services, and control processes
- Assist with capital-structure simulations for senior management
- Manage bank accounts, bank relationships, and negotiations of bank facilities
- Support cash forecasting, global cash management, funding strategies, and foreign-exchange execution
- Design automated systems and processes for fiat and digital-asset processes
- Assist with liquidity forecasting and liquidity monitoring
- Optimize funding, foreign-exchange, and digital-asset positions with product and finance teams
- Monitor and mitigate risk through day-to-day risk and control processes and escalate appropriately
