About the Role

You will own the end-to-end economics for Training and guide new products from concept through launch and scale. You will build financial models, forecasts, pricing, capacity plans, and launch metrics, partnering with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and GTM leaders to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, PE/VC investing, or investment banking
  • Financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Ability to build unit economics or cost-to-serve models from raw usage and cost data
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into executive recommendations
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Interest in AI, infrastructure, and developer tooling

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain cost-to-serve models for Training engagements
  • Own Training pricing and recommend pricing structures
  • Track training capacity utilization and link capacity plans to pipeline
  • Run the monthly Training business review
  • Own the Training forecast and annual plan
  • Build pre-launch business cases and go/no-go recommendations for new products
  • Set launch pricing and packaging for new products
  • Define launch success metrics and scale criteria
