About the Role

You will manage daily cash and crypto liquidity positioning, forecasts, pooling, yield, reporting, and funding structures. You will improve working-capital metrics, build treasury systems, manage foreign-exchange exposure and banking relationships, partner across finance functions, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

6+ years of treasury experience at a multinational corporation or financial institution
Daily cash-management and cash-forecasting experience
Bank data integration and SWIFT connectivity experience
Experience with netting, global in-house banking, or follow-the-sun liquidity structures
Reporting, accountability, and performance-management experience
Analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and influence competing priorities
Advanced Excel skills
Advanced Google Sheets skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related business field

Responsibilities

Run daily liquidity positioning for cash and crypto assets
Build daily, weekly, and monthly liquidity forecasts
Lead global cash and stablecoin pooling
Improve yield and funding structures
Partner with Finance to improve working-capital metrics
Deliver cash reports and forecasts
Shape and execute treasury management system strategy
Develop liquidity-management tools
Monitor and mitigate foreign-exchange exposure
Partner with Accounting, Finance Operations, Tax, Compliance, and Crypto Operations
Manage regional and global banking relationships
Mentor new hires and junior team members
