About the Role

You will review and approve daily liquidity activity, cash positions, and client payments. You will oversee capital calls, distributions, inter-entity transfers, and credit-facility activity while ensuring compliance with fund documentation and controls. You will resolve exceptions, guide Analysts, support audits, and contribute to onboarding, automation, testing, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience in treasury, fund operations, fund administration, or a comparable financial-services control environment
  • Knowledge of private markets, fund structures, capital activity, and credit facilities
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including large datasets, pivot tables, SUMIFS, lookup functions, macros, and advanced calculations
  • Strong risk and control mindset
  • Communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience supporting or coaching colleagues
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Process, review, and approve daily liquidity activity, cash positions, and client cash payments
  • Review Limited Partner capital calls and distributions, including working papers, accounting entries, notices, and payment packs
  • Oversee liquidity across fund structures and approve cross-currency and inter-entity transfers
  • Review borrowing bases, compliance certificates, and lender documentation for credit-facility activity
  • Identify and resolve exceptions and control issues
  • Maintain operating procedures and control documentation and support audit and governance requests
  • Oversee workflow allocation, priorities, and key performance indicators
  • Serve as an escalation point and provide guidance and quality feedback to Analysts
  • Support change initiatives and new-client onboarding, including requirements definition, user acceptance testing, control design, automation, and post-implementation review
