About the Role
You will own group liquidity and cash management, including cash positioning, pooling, intercompany funding, and payment processes. You will improve the Treasury Management System, cash forecasting, banking structures, FX risk management, working capital, and PowerBI reporting. You will also manage and mentor a Treasury Analyst and support evolving treasury projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of treasury experience in a multinational scale-up, fintech, or high-growth environment
- Experience optimising and maturing an existing treasury function
- FX risk management experience, including exposure analysis and hedging in a multicurrency group
- Strong data skills for decision-making and translating treasury needs into BI and finance requirements
- Experience managing or coaching junior team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication with finance and non-finance stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Own group liquidity and cash management, including cash positioning, pooling, and intercompany funding
- Operate and develop the Treasury Management System, including automation, bank connectivity, and straight-through processing
- Manage FX and multicurrency exposure and help formalise FX risk policy
- Run and improve centralised, secure, and compliant payment processes
- Own short- and long-term liquidity forecasts and improve forecast accuracy
- Optimise working capital, bank account structures, and banking relationships
- Define treasury KPIs, cash metrics, and reporting requirements in partnership with BI
- Manage, mentor, and develop the Treasury Analyst
- Complete ad-hoc treasury projects and address non-routine challenges
