About the Role
You will develop and execute treasury strategy covering cash management, investments, risk management, and banking relationships. You will own cash-flow forecasting, daily cash operations, and multi-currency reporting. You will support capital-structure planning and financing activities, establish treasury controls, and deploy treasury technology. You will manage foreign-exchange risk, support reporting, audit, and SOX deliverables, and partner on treasury-related finance matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive treasury experience
- Understanding of global treasury operations, cash management, and financial markets
- Experience with treasury management systems and banking platforms
- Financial modeling and analysis skills
- Multinational foreign-currency experience
- Experience building functions, processes, and policies
- Leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global treasury strategy
- Own cash-flow forecasts to optimize liquidity, business decisions, and investments
- Manage daily cash operations and reporting across currencies and jurisdictions
- Support capital-structure planning and financing activities
- Create and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and controls
- Implement treasury technology infrastructure and process automation
- Manage foreign-exchange risk and recommend hedging strategies
- Ensure timely financial reporting, audit, and SOX deliverables
- Partner on treasury-related matters
