About the Role
You will manage a book of insurance clients across property and casualty, health, and life lines of business. You will serve as a senior client contact, coordinate internal capabilities, deliver reporting and analytics, respond to client needs, support account planning, develop solutions, and assist with account setup and service implementation.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in financial services
- Strong preference for experience with insurance companies in a client coverage capacity
- Regular engagement and existing relationships with US insurers
- Strong understanding of how insurers invest across regulatory frameworks
- Knowledge of fixed income equity and alternative markets and instruments
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 requirements
- CFA or CAIA certification is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to act proactively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to train and mentor junior colleagues
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day delivery of asset management and related services
- Engage capabilities and internal organization for clients
- Design own and deliver complex and ad hoc client requests
- Prepare for and participate in client market and portfolio reviews
- Handle data and analytics requests generated by Aladdin
- Ensure accurate and timely client reporting
- Act as an escalation point for internal and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with senior client counterparts
- Demonstrate knowledge of insurance industry dynamics investment needs financial statements regulatory trends and accounting trends
- Anticipate client needs and respond promptly to inquiries
- Identify client investment and operational priorities
- Support account plan development and execution
- Develop knowledge of products and services
- Design client-specific solutions
- Support account setup guideline development and service establishment
- Train and mentor junior colleagues
