About the Role
You will lead contract-lifecycle improvement initiatives, design scalable workflows, and deploy automation and AI-enabled productivity tools. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop reporting and documentation, and support governance, change management, and user adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- 6-10 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, business operations, process improvement, or a related function
- Experience leading process improvement, automation, technology implementation, or operational transformation initiatives
- Experience supporting contract lifecycle management processes and business workflows
- Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms
- Familiarity with workflow automation and low-code platforms
- Hands-on experience using AI and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency
- Familiarity with generative AI tools
- Analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives
Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives across the contract lifecycle
- Design and implement scalable workflow solutions
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and eliminate bottlenecks
- Evaluate, develop, and deploy AI-enabled solutions and workflow automations
- Leverage AI to improve contract review, knowledge management, reporting, self-service support, and operational decision-making
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and metrics
- Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and training materials
- Support governance, change management, and user adoption
- Monitor AI, automation, contract lifecycle management, and legal operations trends
