About the Role
You will lead frontline investment sales performance, develop branch sales strategies, and coach sales staff. You will support customers through joint sales calls and portfolio reviews, resolve complex enquiries and complaints, improve products and processes, and maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with financial institutions
- Knowledge of investment products
- Experience managing and coaching sales staff
- University graduate in Business or Marketing
- Registered RI for Type 1 and Type 4 regulated activities
- Passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 and 8 or equivalent
- CFP or CFA designation is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead frontline investment sales performance
- Develop sales strategies and business plans for branches
- Coach and train sales staff
- Develop or source sales materials and scripts
- Support sales staff and customers through joint sales calls and portfolio reviews
- Perform regulated activities under Type 1 and Type 4
- Resolve complex enquiries and complaints
- Provide feedback on investment products and sales issues
- Participate in product development and process improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
- Investigate and handle investment complaints
