About the Role
You will lead daily training and sustainment operations, coordinate with customer counterparts and field teams, manage deployments and theater movement, oversee intelligence and operations integration, implement force-protection and compliance procedures, support new technology integration, and align training, logistics, and sustainment activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of operational leadership experience in military, defense contracting, or international field operations
- Experience leading or mentoring teams in dynamic or austere environments
- Ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders for mission-critical activities
- Organizational, reporting, and communication skills
- Familiarity with force protection, export compliance, and deployed logistics operations
- Technical acumen for field-level technology integration
- Relocation to Dallas if not already local
