About the Role
You will execute field tests from setup through teardown, diagnose hardware and software issues, and report actionable findings. You will collect test data, document system performance, define field-test criteria, and refine repeatable testing and readiness procedures.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or 5+ years of hands-on experience in robotics, electromechanical systems, systems integration, test engineering, or a comparable technical field

Responsibilities
- Execute live field tests, including system setup, checkout, validation, and teardown
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, electrical, mechanical, and integration issues
- Collect, organize, and report test data, observations, anomalies, and recommendations
- Assist with instrumentation, logs, video capture, and performance documentation
- Translate engineering objectives into field tests with pass/fail criteria
- Build and refine test processes, checklists, and readiness procedures
- Support rehearsals, demonstrations, validations, and test events
- Identify issues and drive corrective action
