About the Role
You will make robot software, firmware, and AI systems serviceable in the field. You will build diagnostics and self-tests, define Digital Shadow content, validate service and OTA procedures, develop firmware and bootloader recovery paths, and support software escalations.

Responsibilities
- Ensure software, firmware, and AI systems can be diagnosed, updated, and recovered in the field
- Build and validate diagnostic scripts, tooling, and self-test routines
- Define software diagnostic content for the Digital Shadow platform
- Validate software and AI aspects of service, repair, calibration, and OTA procedures
- Own firmware, bootloader, and calibration serviceability
- Define recovery paths for failed updates
- Support New Services Introduction for software
- Act as the services entry point for software R&D escalations
