About BNB Chain
BNB Chain is an open, permissionless blockchain ecosystem for building Web3 apps. It includes BNB Smart Chain (EVM L1), opBNB (L2), and BNB Greenfield for decentralized storage, all powered by the BNB token. The network rebranded from Binance Chain/Smart Chain to BNB Chain in 2022, and in 2024 migrated Beacon Chain staking/governance to BSC as part of the BNB Chain Fusion.

About the Role
You will support Web3 users and operational workflows across community platforms, blockchain infrastructure, and AI-powered support tools. You will troubleshoot technical issues, maintain Telegram Bots and Mini Apps, coordinate urgent incident resolution, improve support documentation, and help organize the AI Support knowledge base.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Web3 and public blockchain ecosystems, including nodes, chain synchronization, wallets, and on-chain transactions.
- Familiarity with RPC usage and troubleshooting approaches.
- Experience operating or administering Telegram and Discord communities or support channels.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or another mainstream programming language.
- Ability to develop, maintain, debug, test, and troubleshoot Telegram Bots and Telegram Mini Apps.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
- Availability to work four days per week.
- Professional English communication skills.
- Availability for some coverage outside China Standard Time, especially for collaboration with Europe or the Americas.
Responsibilities
- Operate Web3 community and support channels on Telegram and Discord.
- Triage blockchain node, RPC, chain synchronization, and on-chain development issues.
- Gather logs and reproduction steps and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Develop, maintain, test, and troubleshoot Telegram Bots and Telegram Mini Apps.
- Organize and improve the AI Support knowledge base.
- Respond to urgent issues, assess scope, coordinate owners, and update stakeholders.
- Document investigations and solutions for recurring issues.
